Why we exist

Management software sold to Belgian freelancers is either ERP designed for two-hundred-person companies, or foreign tools that ignore Belgian VAT, the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and Peppol.

In between, there was nothing: a tool simple enough to use on a Friday evening, and rigorous enough to produce a legally valid invoice. We built that one.

Since 2026, structured e-invoicing is mandatory for all Belgian VAT-registered businesses. We made compliance free, because a legal obligation should not be a loss leader.

    Innovaplus has been building custom tools for its clients for years. The same need keeps coming up: invoice cleanly, without a bloated system. OrdoGrid started as the answer to that need.

    The document suite

    Invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes and customers, with Belgian legal mentions and tracked email sending.

  3. 2024

    Projects and payment collection

    Kanban, tasks, time tracking and Stripe payment links, to connect delivered work to the invoice issued.

  4. 2025

    Peppol connection

    Sending and receiving structured invoices via a certified access point, before the obligation came into force.

  5. 2026

    Compliance for everyone

    The Belgian obligation comes into force. A permanent free plan is launched so no business stays non-compliant for lack of budget.
