Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no end date and requires no payment card. It includes unlimited Peppol receiving and one outgoing Peppol invoice per month. Choose a paid plan if you want to send more invoices or use its additional features.
Does the Belgian requirement cover all my invoices?
Structured e-invoicing is required for domestic B2B transactions within the scope of the Belgian mandate. B2C invoices and certain special situations follow different rules. Check your circumstances with the official tool rather than treating every PDF as invalid.

No. Sending, technical delivery, any recipient response and payment are separate steps. Peppol does not guarantee real-time delivery. Check the status and any actions needed in OrdoGrid.

The correction depends on the document’s situation. The guide distinguishes a rejected transmission from an invoice that needs a credit note. Credit notes are included in paid plans.
